QUESTION; What days are you available?
ANSWER; We are available 7 days a week, between the hours of 8am - 9pm except Christmas Day
QUESTION; How long do we get with the inflatable hire?
ANSWER; You have a whole days hire which is approx 6-7 hours but if it's an indoor hire we work around your venue booked times

QUESTION; Who sets up the inflatable, can we collect?
ANSWER; No we will deliver, fully set up and inflate and then deflate and pack away on collection
QUESTION: Is there a delivery charge?
ANSWER; All our prices include delivery if your post code is found in our post code checker box. Otherwise a small charge is applied to cover delivery costs so please do call us for a quote
QUESTION; Do i need to pay a deposit and how do i make a payment for bookings?
ANSWER; No a deposit is not required and you can pay cash on the day of delivery or by prior arrangement we can email you an invoice with our PayPal link which can be paid with your debit, credit or PayPal account
QUESTION; How much space is required for bouncy castles and inflatables?
ANSWER; You will need a minimum of 2ft on either side for pegging down / sand bags for indoors and 5ft each for the front and rear for the fan and safety mats. Our other inflatables and sumo wrestling hire require different safety distances which are listed with each product
QUESTION; Can bouncy castles be used on any surface?
ANSWER; Indoor hall hire is fine as long as there is adequate space and grass being the ideal surface. We will not be able to set up on gravel, sand, tarmac or concrete due to the HSE standards
QUESTION; Do you have staff to supervise the inflatables?
ANSWER; Yes we can provide supervision on an hourly rate of £15.00ph with a minimum of 2 hours

ANSWER; We may have had a cancellation and may accommodate you so please do call us on 07836551079
QUESTION; Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
ANSWER; Yes we are covered for up to £5 million and our policy is available to be viewed upon request
QUESTION; How do you know if its to windy for an outdoor hire or gets windy after delivery?
ANSWER; WE measure the wind with our anemometer and should not read more than 24mph or FORCE 5 on the Beaufort Scale for safe use. If the weather turns and begins to be very windy after delivery you need to turn off the inflatable and we may arrive early to pick up
QUESTION; Can i cancel and receive a refund on the day of my booking?
ANSWER; Yes if the weather is bad you may call us to cancel and you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee but unfortunately there is no refund once delivered. In most cases we will call you before we set off
QUESTION; Are we allowed to charge a fee per go for the use of the inflatable once hired from you?
ANSWER; Yes you are but it needs to be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (18+) and as the hirer you are required to have your own event insurance in case any injuries occur. you can aquire a one day insurance cover from LEISURE INSURE
